We are hiring a Full-time Assistant for our Social Service!
White Oak Manor of Burlington is seeking a motivated assistant to fill our social services department. The assistant will support social services in meeting resident social and/or emotional needs that affect the residents' ability to achieve their highest practicable psychological wellbeing. They will participate in the development of residents' comprehensive care plans, follow policies and procedures to provide social services to residents in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The ideal candidate is flexible and innovative with strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, customer service and organizational skills. Must relate professionally with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, and physicians. The assistant desires to build on the employee engagement and excels in being part of the team to encourage collaborative teamwork.
Experience in social services, long-term care and/or healthcare experience is preferred.
